At WholeStyle, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policies below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items:

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@wholestyle.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing or defective items. Please contact us at support@wholestyle.shop to arrange an exchange.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
